Rules of procedure

1 - Occupancy of the rented premises :

The tenant will have full use of the rented premises and furniture. The reservation is made on a strictly personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sublet or assign your rights under this agreement without our consent. The rental is made for a stay which will begin and end on the days and dates indicated above. The tenant, signatory of the present contract, may under no circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the rental period. Under no circumstances may the rental agreed between the parties to the present contract benefit third parties, except with the agreement of the owner. The tenant must report any interruption in the operation of the services. The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the purpose of the premises.

2 - Number of tenants :

If the number of tenants exceeds the normal capacity of the accommodation (as defined in each accommodation) and without prior agreement, we reserve the right to break the contract or receive a surcharge.

3 - Payment :

The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has sent us a deposit of 30% of the rental amount (this deposit must be sent within 3 working days of the pre-reservation, after which the pre-reservation will be automatically cancelled) as well as a copy of this contract signed for acceptance. The balance of the rental must be paid no later than 5 days before arrival, corresponding to the start date of the stay. A security deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of the stay (or one month's rent for stays of more than one month) must be paid on arrival. It will be reimbursed within 1 month, after deduction of the cost of restoring the premises, and the calculation of outstanding charges for any stay exceeding one month, if necessary.

4 - Lessee's obligations :

The lessee shall make peaceful use of the rented accommodation and the furniture and equipment in accordance with the purpose for which they were provided under the lease, and shall be liable for any damage or loss that may occur during the term of the contract in the premises of which he has exclusive enjoyment. The lessee shall maintain the rented accommodation and return it in a clean and tidy condition. If the items listed in the inventory are broken or damaged, the lessor may claim their replacement value. Under no circumstances may they be replaced by the tenant. He shall respect the maximum number of persons who may enter the premises in accordance with the description given to him. The lessee may not refuse to visit the premises if the lessor or his representative so requests. In the event of failure to return the accommodation in a clean condition, the lessee undertakes to pay for the cleaning, which the lessor will be obliged to carry out at the rate of 100 euros. The dates indicated must be respected: a later arrival date or an early departure will not result in a reduction of the price to be paid. You will receive a booking confirmation which must be presented to reception on the day of your arrival.

5 - Cancellation :

All cancellations must be notified by registered letter or e-mail. In the event of early departure, for whatever reason, the full amount of the stay will be due. If the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the date of stay, the total amount of the stay will be due. After this deadline, in the event of cancellation, interruption of stay, or postponed arrival, and whatever the cause, illness, accident or unforeseen event, the sums paid will be retained and the tenant will be required to pay the balance of the reservation. If the tenant does not show up on the scheduled day, after a period of 24 hours and without notifying the owner, the present contract will be considered as cancelled, the sums paid will be forfeited and the owner may dispose of the accommodation. Any change to the booking must be notified in writing.
